Owning a classic Mini is fun. Working on a classic Mini is hard work. Since rust is the number one problem, I'll be doing my best combating that.

Cut front right floor pan, door step
Removed rusty portion of floor pan. Welded replacement. Cut door step (top sill), WITHOUT the use of bracing. Big mistake. Lizzie sagged like crazy. After four hours of jacking and welding, the doors lined up, and things appeared to be normal.
