Two of the wheels (front) looked a bit worn. One of them has major blemish from what appears to be heavy scraping against the curb. Used spray paint stripper to remove paint, and painted silver with Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Metallic Enamel. Gives it a nice flat finish.
