Owning a classic Mini is fun. Working on a classic Mini is hard work. Since rust is the number one problem, I'll be doing my best combating that.

Attached rear floor pan and Inner Sill
The previously fabricated floor pan fits OK, but because of the under coating on existing floor pan, welds would not stick. Removed new floor pan, resand existing floor pan, and reattached. Looks good enough.
